Robert is an accomplished highly experienced, certified sales professional with valuable proficiency in lighting sales.  He has successfully worked with clients and outside vendors using excellent communication skills and exemplary customer service. After years of inside lighting sales experience, Robert has successfully founded his own company, RWR Lighting.

PREMIER LIGHTING SOLUTIONS ~  As a sales representative for lighting manufacturing lines, Robert provided quotes and bids on multi-unit commercial & residential projects, and support for lighting sales with over 50 distributors in the state of Tennessee 

HERMITAGE LIGHTING, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE ~ A family owned business that has grown into Nashville’s largest electrical and lighting distributor offering products that save money and provide environmental protection.  Robert quickly moved into an inside sales position. He provided assistance to clients with new construction lighting needs.  Consistently exceeding the sales of other full-time employees while working part-time, he eventually moved to a full time position.  Robert effectively consulted with clients assisting with lighting selections to ensure proper timing and cost effectiveness ƒ

Robert efficiently handled special ordering of lighting products and responded to customer inquiries, effectively addressing and resolving customer issues. ƒ He collaborated with clients and negotiated with vendors to ensure smooth transactions. ƒ He provided assistance with custom lighting jobs designing wiring layout and placement of lighting as well as assisting with the selection of the fixtures. He alsoƒ provided analysis of blueprint documents and utilized photometrics and basic electrical knowledge in order to provide custom design ƒ and successful selection and preparation of custom design for whole home lighting.
